Unlike the rest of Dominica’s lush, emerald-green rainforests, this coastal headland features a smooth, undulating landscape of striking ochre, clay-red, and golden-brown rock formations jutting out into the sea. Polished over millennia by the Atlantic trade winds and ocean spray, the smooth stone is carved into tight crevices, labyrinth-like fissures, and miniature canyons you can climb into.
